RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-668 amending Title IO, Chapter 10.28, Section 10.28.660, of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code to require stops on Calle Acervo.
ITEM EXPLANATION :
Ordinance No. NS-668 was introduced and first read at the City Council meeting held on
July 22, 2003. The second reading allows the City Council to adopt the ordinance, which
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance published
within fifteen days, if adopted.
FISCAL IMPACT:
See Agenda Bill No. 17,255 on file with the City Clerk.

ORDINANCE NO. NS-668
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
STOPS ON CALLE ACERVO.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
he addition of Section 10.28.660 to read as follows:
"10.28.660 Calle Cordoba. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Calle Cordoba:
Calle Acervo."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
he City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
iublished at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen
15) days after its adoption.
