ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. NS-669
AMENDING TITLE IO, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-669 amending Title IO, Chapter 10.28, Section 10.28.670 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code to require stops on Calle Cordoba.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Ordinance No. NS-669 was introduced and first read at the City Council meeting held on
July 22, 2003. The second reading allows the City Council to adopt the ordinance, which
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance published
within fifteen days, if adopted.
FISCAL IMPACT:
See Agenda Bill No. 17,255 on file with the City Clerk.

ORDINANCE NO. NS-669
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER
10.28 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE TO REQUIRE
STOPS ON CALLE CORDOBA.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
the addition of Section 10.28.670 to read as follows:
"1 0.28.670 Calle Acervo. Drivers shall stop where the following
described street intersects Calle Acervo:

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
:he City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
3ublished at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within fifteen

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
22nd day of JULY ,2003, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
