Ms. Bischoff was originally appointed in April 1994 and served eight years. The term of Elisabeth Paegel expired in April 2002. December 199 1 and served twelve years. Ms Paegel was originally appointed in Other members of the Sister City Committee are: Tony Brada, Barbara Brill, Kurt Burkhart, Carm Finocchiaro, Leonard Martyns, Jack Nelson and Allan Wanamaker.
