A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE
MEMBER TO THE FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD
COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the term of Nicole Pappas expires in January, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve as a member of
the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television
for a term expiring January, 2008:

Dear Mayor Lewis,
I am writing to announce my resignation from the Carlsbad Community Television
Foundation for my term which expires in January 2004. I have enjoyed the
opportunity to serve the community of Carlsbad in a new and different way. CCTV
is truly a unique and valuable community service.
With your approval, Ms. Elisa Williamson has been selected by the Carlsbad
Unified School District Board of Trustees as my replacement. I will attend the
January meeting with her to provide a proper turnover.

At the reorganization meeting of the Carlsbad Unified School District Board of Trustees, held on
December 11, 2003, the Board of Trustees selected Mrs. Elisa Williamson for nomination to the
Carlsbad Community Television Foundation by the City Council.
Ms. Nicole Pappas, who was elected to serve as the District’s representative to the Carlsbad
Community Television Foundation through 2004, will be resigning from her present
responsibilities as the District’s CCTV representative. Her letter is attached.
