RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss AT&T
Wireless Service v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. 01 CV 2045 JM (JFS) and
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal Case No. D03-57111, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
