RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution Nos. 2004-111 , 2004-112 , and 2004-113 , appointing three
members to the Carlsbad Arts Commission.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Jeri Held, Arts Commissioner, has passed away leaving an unexpired term which ends
March, 2004.
The terms of Bill Lignante and Susan Pynes also expire March, 2004. Mr. Lignante has
served two terms. Ms. Pynes as appointed to serve an unexpired term and has also served
one full term.
Other members of the Commission are: Gary Hill, Scott Rutledge, Felicia Shaw, and Rita
Francis.
NOTE: Members of the Carlsbad Arts Commission are subject to the requirements of the
Political Reform Act, and must file a Statement of Economic Interests.
