REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION 1 CITY MGR.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Sprint
Telephony v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 04 CV 0467 K (BLM) pursuant
to Government Code section 54956.9(a).
