CLK RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2004- 2004-156 Commission. appointing one member to the Historic Preservation ITEM EXPLANATION: The term of Sue Ladouceur expired in April 2004. Ms. Ladouceur was originally appointed in March, 2002 to fill an unexpired term and served six years. Other members of the Historic Preservation Commission are: Don Christensen, German Gutierrez, Dorothy Muth, and Connie Trejo. NOTE: Members of the Historic Preservation Commission are subject to the provisions of the Political Reform Act, and must file a Statement of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
