That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to consider whether or
not to adopt the proposed decision of ALJ Meth, dated April 29, 2004, in
regard to City of CarlsbadlClaim for Industrial Disabilitv Retirement of
Ramon Truiillo, OAH No. L2003050629, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54957( b).
