APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2004- 229 Commission. appointing one member to the Historic Preservation ITEM EXPLANATION: Dorothy Dudley Muth has resigned from the Historic Preservation Commission leaving an unexpired term. The term expires April 2005. Other members of the Historic Preservation Commission are: Don Christensen, German Gutierrez, Sue Ladouceur, and Connie Trejo. NOTE: Members of the Historic Preservation Commission are subject to the provisions of the Political Reform Act, and must file a Statement of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1.
