Dear Mayor Lewis:
I did not pass my last Dlldv driver's test, hence I am no longer
permitted to drive.
Therefore, it saddens me that I 'am obliged to resign from being
a member of the Historic Preservation Commission. Because I will be unable to check out places under consideration and be a volunteer in various activities.
Thank you for giving me the privilege to be a member of this
group. May I express my gratitude for your appointing me.
Cordially,
