ATTY. 3 CITY MGa Adopt Resolution No. 2004- 2OO4-310 to appoint one member to the Arts Commission. ITEM EXPLANATION: Because Scott Rutledge no longer resides in Carlsbad, Mr. Rutledge may no longer serve as a member of the Arts Commission. The term expires March 2005. Other members of the Arts Commission are: Gary Hill, Ron Juncal, Barbara Iserloth, Felicia Shaw, Rita Francis and Kelvin Okamoto. NOTE: Members of the Arts Commission are subject to the provisions of the Political Reform Act, and must file a Statement of Economic Interests. EXHIBITS: 1.
