ENG / DEPT. HD. CITY ATTY. CITY MGR. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2004-335 approving the final map for CT 02-13, Farber Condominiums, and authorizing the City Clerk to process the map for recordation. ITEM EXPLANATION: Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of CT 02-13, Farber Condominiums. This subdivision is within Local Facilities Management Plan (LFMP) Zone #1 and is generally located at the northeast corner of Jefferson Street and Las Flores Drive. The project proposes a total of 11 air- space condominium units on 1 lot. The final map conforms substantially with the tentative map as approved by Planning Commission on January 15, 2003 per PC Resolution No. 5336. The final map also conforms to the General Plan, all the applicable requirements of the Municipal Code, City Standards, and Growth Management Plan. The applicant, the Farber Family Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, is requesting the recordation of said final map. There are no further discretionary actions required on this project before building permits are issued. FISCAL IMPACT: The developer pays a plan check fee to cover the expense of plan checking and processing the final map for recording. All appropriate fees will be paid if and when building permits are issued for this project. EXHIBITS: 1. Location Map. 2. CT 02-13, FARBER CONDOMINIUMS, AND AUTHORIZING THE WHEREAS, the Farber Family Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership has submitted a final map known as CT 02-13, Farber Condominiums, to the City of Carlsbad for 2pproval; and WHEREAS, the tentative map of CT 02-13 with conditions, was approved by Planning :ommission on January 15,2003 per PC Resolution No. 5336; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforms to ;aid conditionally approved tentative map; and WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or secured; and WHEREAS, the developer has offered public easements for dedication to the City of 2arlsbad; and WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plan and all ,equirements of City Codes and Standards; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, >alifornia, as follows: 1. 2.
