That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the lease of real
property and instruct is negotiators (Sandra Holder, Community Development Director, Debbie
Fountain, Housing and Redevelopment Director, and Cynthia Haas, Economic Development
Manager) regarding both price and terms of payment pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.8.
