Mr. Bradley does not wish to be reappointed to the Foundation. In addition, Susan Santilena has resigned from the Carlsbad Community Television Foundation leaving an unexpired term. The vacated term expires in January 2008. Other members of the Carlsbad Community Television Foundation are: Bob Bender, Mike Pfankuch, and Elisa Williamson. EXHIBITS: 1.
