That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss existing
litigation regarding Mornan Rhead v. City of Carlsbad, et al., Case No. 01
CV 0629 J (LAB), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
