INITIATING LITIGATION

That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the initiation of litigation
as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session regarding possible
litigation against Lili Song dba Healthcare Carlsbad pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(c).
