That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding anticipated litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss pending
litigation regarding the La Costa de Marbella HOA claim aaainst the Citv
of Carlsbad, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(3)(C).
