That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding anticipated litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss pending
litigation regarding the Laurie Lindlev, Roqert M. Strong, Jeffrey T.
Wilson, Troy Kinto. Eric Shippen, Denise Austin and Michael Robinson v.
the City of Carisbad, Case No. GIC 849880 pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a).
