That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss pending
litigation regarding the La Costa de Marbella HOA v. the City of Carlsbad,
Case No. GIC 822967, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
