RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Brenda
Bunnell v. City of Carlsbad, et al., Case No. GIN038393, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
