That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding anticipated litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss anticipated
litigation regarding the Temporary Fire Station Number 6 Easement,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(I).
