RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Join Hands
Save A Life v. City of Carlsbad, et al.. Case No. GIN036823, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
