That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding initiating litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss amending
the Settlement Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and City of
Vista, Case No. GIC800037 pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(c).
