I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss the lease of real
property and instruct its negotiators (Community Development Director Sandra
Holder, Recreation Director Ken Price, and Economic Development and Real Estate
Manager Cynthia Haas) regarding both price and terms of payment pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8.
