ITEM EXPLANATION: and 2006-146 , appointing two members to The term of Rita Francis expires in March, 2006. Ms. Francis was originally appointed in December, 2002. She has served three years and three months. The term of Felicia Shaw also expires in March, 2006. Ms. Shaw was originally appointed in July, 1998, and was reappointed in June, 2002. She has served seven years and nine months. Other members of the Arts Commission are: Frances Carrillo, Sherman DeForest, Gary Hill, Barbara Iserloth, and Ron Juncal.
