RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a dosed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Regional Water
Quality Control Board v. Citv (administrative civil liability claim), pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
