pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to instruct its negotiator (Debbie
Fountain, Housing and Redevelopment Director, Sandra Holder, Community
Development Director and Cynthia Haas, Economic Development and Property Asset
Manager) regarding the lease of real property, including price, terms of payment, or
