That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Cynthia
Haas, Economic Development and Real Estate Manager) regarding
purchase, sale, exchange or lease of real property generally located and
generally identified as:
