That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss:
La Costa de Marbella Homeowners Association v. City of Carlsbad. Case
No. GIG 850408:
Laurie Lindlev. et al. v. La costa de Marbella Homeowners Association, et
al. Case No. GIG 849880: and
Robert Whitehead. et al. v. City of Carlsbad. Case No. 860333 pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
