That the Board of Directors, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation
as follows:
I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District hold a closed
session to discuss pending litigation regarding Carlsbad Municipal Water District v.
Crown Castle Company LLC. and New Cinoular Wireless Services. Inc.. FKA AT&T
Wireless Services. Inc.. Case No. 05 CV 0900, pursuant to Government Code section
54956.9(a).
