RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a dosed session based on existing facts and
circumstances regarding significant exposure to litigation against the City of
Carlsbad pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c)
Location: 2720 Loker Avenue West, Suites A, B, and C
