RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the initiation of litigation
as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to decide whether
or not to initiate litigation against Prince Reza Shah pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(c).
