RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council and the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council and the Board of Directors of Carlsbad
Municipal Water District hold a closed session to discuss:
La Costa de Marbella Homeowners Association v. City of Carlsbad.
Carlsbad Municipal Water District et al.. Case No. GIG 850408:
Laurie Lindlev. et al. v. La Costa de Marbella Homeowners
Association. City of Carlsbad. Carlsbad Municipal Water District et
al.. Case No. GIG 849880: and
Robert Whitehead. et al. v. City of Carlsbad. Carlsbad Municipal
Water District, et al.. Case No. 860333 pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
