RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the initiation of
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session based on
existing facts and circumstances regarding possible litigation
against the ISOP/AIG Insurance Company et al., pursuant to
Government Code section 54956.9(c).
