RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding significant exposure
to litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss expert
report and recommendations regarding the Crossings at Carlsbad
Golf Course, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).
