RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss the pending
proceedings before the California Regional Water Quality Control Board:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss
Complaint No. R9-2007-0099 for Administrative Civil Liability against
the City of Carlsbad for alleged violation of Statewide General Waste
Discharge Requirements for Sanitary Sewer Systems, DWQ Order
No. R9-2006-0003, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
