RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss threatened
litigation from the City of Encinitas, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(b)(1).
