RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session based on existing
facts and circumstances to discuss pending litigation and to consider
possible litigation against Prince Reza Shah pursuant to Government
Code sections 54956.9(a) and 54956.9(c).
