RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Robert and
Liliana Rees v. City of Carlsbad. Case No. 07CV1344, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
