RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code
section 54956.8 to instruct its negotiators (Mark Steyaert, Acting Recreation Director
and Sue Spickard, Recreation Services Manager) regarding purchase, sale,
exchange or lease of real property generally located and identified as:
