RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss pending
litigation regarding the City of Encinitas v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-
2008-00088091-CU-PT-NC pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
