RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider the terms, conditions
and compensation of the appointment of the City Manager.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to consider the
terms and conditions of the appointment of the City Manager
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.
