RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council and the Public Financing Authority Board, by motion, authorize a closed
session to discuss pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council and the Public Financing Authority
Board hold a closed session based on existing facts and
circumstances to discuss pending litigation against Prince Reza
Shah pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.9(a).
