RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept the staff presentation on the Strategic Goal Review report.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Council's strategic priorities help provide staff with direction and focus for allocating
organizational resources and efforts. The City focuses core work activities as well as special
goal projects to pursue the vision Council has laid out in their Strategic Goals.
Staff will provide an overview and update to Council that will highlight core work activities and
significant projects and that the City is working on to pursue Council's Strategic Goals.
