RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as
follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session based on existing
facts and circumstances to discuss pending litigation against
California Coastal Commission pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(c).
