RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding initiation of litigation as
follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to discuss possible
litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(c). To
identify at this time the specific litigation to be discussed would
jeopardize the City's ability to conclude existing settlement
negotiations to its advantage
