That the City Council, by motion, authorizes a closed session to discuss significant exposure to
litigation as follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to discuss anticipated litigation
against the City of Carlsbad by Hillside Patio Homeowners Association
pursuant Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).
