RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorizes a closed session to discuss initiation of litigation as
follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances to decide whether or not to
initiate litigation arising from administration fees for in-lieu property taxes
against the County of San Diego, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(c).
