RECOMMENDED ACTION:
I move that the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District hold a
closed session pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 to instruct its
negotiator (Cynthia Haas, Economic Development Real Estate Manager and Karen
Chen, Management Analyst) regarding both price and terms of lease/license
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
