RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council and the Public Financing Authority Board, by motion, authorize a closed
session to discuss the possibility of initiating litigation as follows:
Based on existing facts and circumstances regarding possible
litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(c)
against Margaret Atanasovksi, SDG&E, Travelers Insurance and
Southwest Consulting Group.
